Ah that explains a lot. XD I've been walking a lot with a weight vest myself, no extra training time but it does take a toll... moved up from 7 to 10 kg this week. Slow progress.

Apparently it's not all uncommon. :) You can buy those vests after all... feels like a good way to get some extra exercise without spending more time on it, though I probably need some different work-outs to really exercise all muscle group. The vests do seem to work on the entire body though, minus arms unless you have wrist weights too. Mainly legs, but also stomach/back/anything that supports you. Been doing this maybe around a month now, with increasing weight, so far so good!

Initially, when I saw this character, I was thinking something along the lines of Killian, Carsten and Ren(d), given his grizzled, scarred visage. Now that you've spoken of treachery and wit, Mejson, I'm more inclined towards Samiel, Seth, Apoch or Marduk.
Are we stuck to given names, by the way? Some surnames I think would work well here too, for instance Quisling, Thatch, Cykes and Graves.

Well, then we will think together about the name for him... this is not an easy choice, but there is nothing to rush, there is still time.
