I think I have quite a bit to catch up on here! Shall advertise more later this month I hope, returned this week but still a little busy.
Our summers are probably a little cooler here, would've been nice if some of your heatwave blew over here instead. XD IMO all time spent bettering yourself is time spent well though, all the fresh air and sunshine you can get, in the long run it'll help you sit by the keyboard longer; still stay healthy. :)

It's become a bit of a tradition to at least have a verse related to Reduce each year, so maybe this time too... I've been at the family farm mainly, though back and fourth a lot, actually back there now for a few days, but it's currently snowing outside so a bit more time to sit in and catch up with things, brought my laptop for some work at a distance...
Oh man. :/ I'm sorry to hear that. Do you get any D-vitamin supplements? Maybe very irrelevant here, but personally I had some occasionally pretty bad winter depressions before I started taking that regularly, seems like a vitamin that affects your mood too, if you have a shortage, maybe worth a mention... hope you feel better though. I've been keeping myself busy but if I had time for more solace and stillness I think... I might feel similarly. Life would be better with a partner; someone who lends you purpose, and appreciation; who makes you better.

Too true. And everyone seems to be sick now, so even if you do have a relatively healthy immune system the probability of catching something's dramatically higher... all you need is to sleep badly one night and there you go...
